I got the chance to work on a commission with StupidFox's artist- Emily Chan!

Notes for the character:
1) Hair and Eyes are Gold, shirt can be any style in white. Would prefer the artwork to be most focused on the face/head (Maybe shoulder-up?)
2) Expression should be stern/judgemental/serious
3) He's described, jokingly, as looking like a really "generic anime character", so he's distinguished by two small earrings on each lobe (see examples).
4) Very, very thin body type, thin neck. -- Again, the top-right example is probably most accurate in terms of look.
5) Have feminine features
